General Terms and Conditions

Here are general terms for all services of Suchi Travels and Tours. These general terms and conditions will serve as the collaboration between Tourist/guest/passenger/customer and Suchi Travels and Tours. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to learn the rules and rights during your journey.

Content Offer

Suchi Travels and Tours take liability to ensure the guest accommodation as mentioned on its website http://suchitravelsandtours.com. It also makes sure the privacy of details of reservation including total tenure and confirmation of reservation excluding illness/death (host or relative). The sushi travels and tours are not liable for natural disasters; earthquakes, droughts, floods, government issues; wars, terrorist acts, restrictions, ban, mobilization, fires. Due to these circumstances, mentioned tour cost doesn't include extra resulting cost.

Reservations

Inquiries can be made online through website / E-mail or in the office of the agency. The net cost of tour contains itinerary, net days and nights of tour described therein. While making a reservation, tourist agrees that he/she will follow all the general terms; it is the legal agreement between tourist and agent and they acquire to follow these legal general terms and conditions.

Additionally, suchi travels and tours will provide all the related information to the customer regarding his/her journey. Tourist requires to provide all related information for reservation/s. Note that these prices of trips are; exclusive of visa and tickets whereas the prices of Hajj and Umrah include visa charges only. However, these prices are subject to change in accordance with government policies. To pay in advance for reservation is the necessary obligation of guest/tourist followed by payment method. Suchi travels and tours will inform the guest/tourist about methods of payment at the time of the reservation.

Verified Methods of Payment

Suchi travels and tours accept payment via cheque, credit card, debit card, easypaisa, skrill, WorldPay, & PayPal. Guest can also pay cash on delivery of required documents of reservation. Guest/tourist need to visit our site to fill the online form for required information.

Collected payment requires to be in form of PKR from Pakistan. Moreover, collected payment from other countries requires to be in its respective currency. Payment through credit cards will be converted into local currency WRT association exchange rate of credit cards. In addition, upon receiving payment, suchi travels and tours will send you deposit slip through Email.

Residence Tax

Residence tax varies from country-to-country / state-to-state. Law of the respective state/country defines it. Hence, guest/tourist must need to pay according to state rules.

Refund / Cancellation:

The guest/tourist is liable to inform about cancellation via call / Email to suchi travels and tours. The cancellation charges are as a percentage of net trip cost before departure time; 1 month - 25%, 15-29 days: 50%, 1-14 days: 90%. Zero refund policy will be activated upon initialization of trip; zero refund upon unused trip portion.

Accommodation Charges

Net price of accommodation is inclusive of basic service of accommodation mentioned on website exclusive of additional services. Henceforth, payment of additional services is the responsibility of guest/tourist. Additionally, guest can request these extra services at the time of making a reservation.

Moreover, these charges will be in PKR. Suchi travels and tours reserves right to change the rates. For change in price before advance payment, the travel agency will inform the respective change to customer/guest/tourist. In addition to this, the guarantee of accommodation become activate upon advance payment of current accommodation price.

The travel agency can increase the travel rates upon certain change in the exchange rate of respective currency 20-25 days before departure/arrival. In addition, upon a change in price by more than 10%, customer/guest/tourist can withdraw the reservation. In this case, customer/guest/tourist gets a refund of already paid charges with no compensation.

We provide accommodation as mentioned therein. Moreover, if there will be extra guests then the host will charge extra for extra customers. Prices are available in four currencies on our website.

Luggage:

Every customer/guest/tourist can bring the net weight of 15kg; extra will be charged. The travel agency does not take any liability for loss, damage, theft of luggage or valuables during the whole tour.

Our Obligations

Suchi travels and tours are liable to provide services as per customer/guest/tourist demand. The travel agency will observe all stated obligations exclusive of uncontrollable circumstances as mentioned at the start.

Customer/Guest/Tourist’s Obligations

It is the responsibility of customer/guest/tourist to provide valid documents, observe rules and regulations of currency exchange, observe rules of accommodation unit/s, greet the host with positive attention, show documents upon requirement, & to pay all the charges of the trip including damages.

Complaints

The passenger reserves the right to file a complaint upon no provision for any paid service. The passenger can contact immediately to suchi travels and tours for unsatisfactory-inadequate service. Moreover, the passenger will require to cooperate with complaint management team and follow the proposed solution actively. Travel will take no liability if passenger changes accommodation without knowledge of or independently of suchi travel and tours.

Itinerary:

The above general terms and conditions are the agreement between suchi travels and tours and passenger. Reasonable alterations in itinerary will subject to change client comfort and safety dependently.
