Rais Ghazi hired specialists from all over Pakistan and India to work on this project and also to make the building of mosque most glorious and unique. Rais Ghazi worked very hard to well-design the structure of Bhong Mosque. He hired master masons and craftsmen from Rajasthan, calligraphers, and painters from Karachi. Moreover craftsmen for the artificial stonework and laborers from Bhong.
Hence, the project engaged and employed more than 1,000 workers and also trained up to 200 craftsmen to work on the project.
Architecture
Initially, the building consisted of the main prayer hall, garden, women's prayer hall, porch, courtyard, library, school hall, ulama's quarters, the main gate from a village, a gate from landlord's quarters etc.
Bhong mosque has a complex, colorful and elegant decoration. It is a mosque consists of a three-domes with many small minarets.
Presently, the local population is mostly utilizing this center. The madrasa is also working. Furthermore, students came from Turkey, Afghanistan, and Iran, so Bhong Mosque also serves as a center of learning.
